Twist packaging machines
The same system we use for the clipping machines, that are suitable specifically for food industry, is used for the twist packaging machines.
As we have already said, this type of machine is suitable for the packaging of food products, thanks to a simple closing system that can be repeated several times after a package has been opened.
Even in this case, as for the clipping machines, the following food can be packaged with the twist method:
- White bread
- Sliced white bread
- Loaves
- Breadsticks
- Single cakes
- Candies
- Croissants
- Chocolates
This special packaging method is used to pack a few types of salami and cheese. Many other products, such as non food items, can be packaged by this machine, provided that they do not need hermetic closing after they are opened.
As we have already explained for the clipping machines, these packaging machines twist one of the two ends of the previously sealed plastic bag that contains the product. Differently from the clipping machines, the twist system uses a metal thread, not a plastic one.
